b2518 changelog (08/20)

- Reverted aim assist behavior
- Prevented certain weapons from being assisted (mostly aoe guns and those with big spread)
- Fixed Crystal being able to shoot while shielding
- Melting's ghost can appear once again
- Last Wish can now recharge Rogue's portal strikes
- Fixed visual bug caused by selecting Skeleton's ultra A
- Inactive Big Dog now should break walls around it
- Frog weeklies are sort of possible now
- Other minor changes
